HONEY-PEACH SYRUP

 

HONEY-PEACH SYRUP

½ cup peach fruit spread, such as Bonne Maman

Pinch of kosher salt




Combine the honey, fruit spread, salt, and 2 tablespoons water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until loose and smooth. Let cool slightly before serving.

VANILLA BEAN MAPLE SYRUP

1 (6-inch) vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped

Combine the maple syrup, vanilla bean pod, and vanilla seeds in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and discard the bean pod. Let cool slightly before serving.




FRESH BERRY MAPLE SYRUP

1 cup coarsely chopped fresh blackberries or hulled strawberries

Combine the maple syrup and berries in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
