Simple Breakfast Mix


Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsps. Unsweetened dark cocoa
  • 7 tbsps. Hemp seeds
  • 5 tbsps. Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsps. Sesame
  • 5 tbsps. Flaxseed

Instructions:
Pulse the sesame and the flaxseed for 2 minutes then transfer them to a jar
Stir in the other ingredients until well combined
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve the breakfast topped with coconut oil with still water or black coffee.
